There’s a way out.

BREAKING THE CYCLE

A Specialized, shame-free course with live meetings, and community to help you interrupt compulsive sexual behaviors

This isn’t about willpower.

You may be hesitant to call yourself an "addict," but you know something isn't right. You're capable, driven, and have built a life you're proud of… and yet you also know that healthy sexuality doesn’t come with shame attached, and shouldn't be running the show. If you've committed to change only to find yourself back in the same place, that's not a character flaw… It means the problem goes deeper than willpower.

Compulsive sexual behaviors are typically rooted in anxiety, trauma, conquest, or a desire to escape intense emotions. It’s not a deficit of values or motivation. White-knuckling, generic therapy, and insight alone don't move the needle on these patterns, because they don't touch what's actually driving them. That’s where we come in.

Change is possible. We know because we've lived it, and we’ve walked countless others through it.

What the work looks like.

Most programs give you information. This one gives you a process and live support every step of the way.

Here's how working through Breaking the Cycle actually unfolds:

How we’ll work together:

You probably already know you can’t think your way out of this. Intention doesn’t equal impact. Our approach is structured, clinically informed, and built from both training and firsthand experience. We know what it takes to stop the cycle and take back control, without shame or blame.

We’ll start with stabilization. This looks like reducing symptoms and building enough capacity to face triggers and unpack what’s underneath the behaviors. From there, we’ll move through a deliberate sequence of work that keeps accountability, regulation and safety at the center. Doing the right work, in the right order, is what creates the conditions for lasting change that feels good.

There are other courses out there, but none offer live support from men who have actually lived this, and come out on the other side of the work successfully. Here, you won’t be consuming material alone and hoping something shifts, you’ll move through a process alongside people who know exactly what you’re going through.

Most importantly, we didn’t develop these methods in theory - we built this process by doing this work ourselves and learning what actually moves recovery forward. It won’t always be easy, but you’re not doing it alone, and we believe in your ability to do the work, even if you can’t see the way right now.

Sex isn’t the problem - the pattern is.

Sexuality is a normal, healthy part of adult life that can increase your emotional intimacy, strengthen your sense of self-image, and act as a buffer to outside stressors. In short, sex matters… But when sexual behaviors become addictive, destructive, or illegal, it's time to get help. Regardless of your age, ideology, or ethnicity, sex should never feel empty, joyless, or demoralizing. This is where the work begins.
